Good value, would recommend. Near the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast was free with lots of options.

Excellent breakfasts, rooms were kept spotlessly clean.
Great place for a 14-night stay. This hotel was cheap, we felt safe. Liked being not too far from Egmore subway station. We had a deluxe king room and it included climate control, a mini fridge bar and a work desk. Besides, free WiFi is a bonus.
